Shipping Delays due to COVID-19

For Australian customers this means:

• an extra 5 working days on current shipping times shown below

For international customers this means:

• an extra 14 working days on current shipping times shown below

Please note, I aim to make and ship your orders within 48 hours. Please reach out if you have any queries.

Australian Shipping

All orders are shipped within 1 to 3 days with Australia Post. Cards are sent with Australia Post without tracking. All other products are sent as parcels or registered post and include tracking. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 6 working days after processing time.

For Express Postage, select shipping upgrade ‘Express Post’ when placing your order. Australia Post advises that items will take 1 to 2 business days depending on your location in the express post network.

International Shipping

Card orders are shipped with Australia Post Regular Air Mail and do not include tracking or insurance. All other products are shipped International Air Mail with tracking. Please see below for information regarding estimated shipping times.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept return and exchanges please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for custom or personalised orders.

Every item is handmade and checked before it is sent off. I usually do not give refunds, however, if there is a problem with your product when it arrives please let me know and I will try my best to fix it.
