Welcome to Word Finders Club. I ship all products from my studio in Adelaide, Australia.

Shipping Delays due to COVID-19

For Australian customers this means:

  • an extra 4 to 6 working days on current shipping times shown below

For international customers this means:

  • an extra 14 to 19 working days on current shipping times shown below

Please know, I am making an shipping your lovely orders usually within 24 to 48 hours so trying my best to have them on their way to you as quickly as possible. Please reach out if you have any queries.

Australian Shipping

All orders are shipped within 1 to 3 days with Australia Post. Cards are sent priority post with Australia Post without tracking. Prints are sent as parcels or registered post and include tracking. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 6 working days after processing time.

For Express Postage, select shipping upgrade ‘Express Post’ when placing your order. Australia Post advises that items will take 1 to 2 business days depending on your location in the express post network.

International Shipping

All orders are shipped with Australia Post Regular Air Mail and do not include tracking or insurance. Please see below for information regarding estimated shipping times.

Shipping upgrades (Express and With Tracking)
For Express Postage or Ship with Tracking select shipping upgrade ‘Express Post’ or ‘With Tracking’ when placing your order.

Australia Post advises that items sent express will arrive between 4 to 7 days (compared to standard postage which is 14 working days) and also comes with a tracking number.

Australia | 2 to 6 working days
Rest of the world | 7 – 14 working days *
* note around the Christmas/New Year period this guide may change, so please allow up to 4 weeks

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept return and exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

Every item is handmade and checked before it is sent off. I usually do not give refunds, however, if there is a problem with your product when it arrives please let me know and I will try my best to fix it.
